The project is strategically nestled in South Jakarta’s bustling commercial district. Despite the fact that the location of the project is prone to landslide, we managed to overcome the problem through the implementation of soil nailing method.

Alila is ACSET’s another pride project. At the beginning of the construction phase, we had to take the rough with the smooth, as we encountered a number of challenges, from the aspect of design and material specification to dealing with the local culture and tradition.

The construction of Kota Kasablanka is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project has already been completed and is in operation as a large commercial compound. The second phase of the project is currently in place, with site plan that includes five towers of office buildings and apartments. The completion of the second phase will make Kota Kasablanka as a premium superblock that will give rise to its lucrative location in the city’s prestigious address.

At a time of monetary crisis, ACSET displayed its ability to take advantage of development opportunities. The economy was not conducive to property sector, but we managed to construct Gandaria City, now standing impressively as one of the prestigious mixed-use compounds in the elite area of South Jakarta.
