Implementation of Good Corporate Governance

<p>The Company measures the implementation of GCG periodically. Through the measurement process, ACSET strives to actualize the good corporate governance by:</p> <ul> <li>Examining and assessing the implementation of GCG in the Company through GCG implementation condition that has been done and comparing the result to the examination parameters that are set previously;</li> <li>Improving based on the proposed recommendation in order to reduce the gap between the existing practice and examination indicator and parameter;</li> <li>Monitoring the consistency of GCG implementation in the Company&rsquo;s environment, to receive input for improvement and development of GCG policy;</li> <li>Encouraging a more professional, transparent, and efficient management, as well as empowering the function and improving the independence of the Company&rsquo;s Organs.</li> </ul>
